Returns & Exchanges

At Rat Betty, we want you to love your new piece, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry back in its original Rat Betty box and use a padded mailer to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
